2 guardsmen at Camp Shelby charged for embezzling ammunition

FORREST COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) — Two Camp Shelby guardsmen are arrested for embezzlement.

According to Forrest County Sheriff’s Department Investigator Nick Calico, they went to Camp Shelby Sunday after the received a report about two national guardsmen there embezzling ammunition.

When they arrived on the scene, they looked at Camp Shelby’s reports and took James Lofton and Adam Spiers into custody.

The ammunition was recovered and given back Camp Shelby.
