FORREST COUNTY, Miss – A tip from a concerned citizen lead the Forrest County Sheriff’s Department to an alleged prostitution ring.
According to Commander Phillip Hendrix with the Forrest County Sheriff’s Department, authorities invaded the home of Benjamin Templeton, 40, and found four ounces of crystal meth, two guns and over $1,100 in cash.
Four women and three men were also in the home. They were not arrested.
Templeton is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is currently on probation for a previous charge of possession of a controlled substance.
His bond was revoked due to the previous charge.
